Our gardening priorities have shifted (Since 2020)
The School's "Market Garden" has become a gardening site for summer camps managed by Mr. Jeff Rouleau and other staff enthusiasts of gardening. For the past three years, Mr. Rouleau has been starting plants in the classrooms where he teaches 7th and 8th graders. He uses those starts, plus those he gets donated from gardening supply stores, to plant out the garden. Summer campers help prepare and plant the garden beds. Those campers harvest summer produce and school-year students harvest the rest when they return to school in September.
Flower beds
The flower beds are being cared for by Mr. Rouleau and summer campers and students he gathers for work parties during the school year.
